Settled In Heaven -
Known unto God are all of His works from the beginning of the world.
Everything He is going to do is already written in Heaven's Courts as
already done. All we have to do is read it and do it. This sermon covers the
book of Zechariah and some of the 8 visions described. Satan, the accuser
stands to accuse all of us as believers - he stands in Heaven's Courts
pointing his finger at us, but Jesus stands in our defense and says to Satan
that he cannot accuse those that God has already decided to favor. AMEN! Our
trials in life are to produce good fruit and mold us into the image of
Christ. This sermon is both encouraging and challenging. The secret of
knowing God is confessing WHO HE ALREADY IS. Rev. Johnson gives instruction
on how to pray and claim who GOD is rather than asking Him to be who we want
him to be. If He said He will do it, HE WILL DO IT! ORDER THIS SERMON FROM

Disappointments
- This is an excellent teaching on disappointments in life - and how we
should deal with them. We all have them on a daily basis. This
gives a solid perspective from which to look at everyday ordeals and
problems with people and life. Rev. Johnson uses examples of great men
in the Bible who suffered great disappointments. People and circumstances
let us down constantly. How do we deal with that? Take a listen...
these wise words can help change your perspective.

Words From
Gladys...
"He
whom the Son sets free, is free indeed." John 6:36
What is Christian freedom? We today are so totally influences by our
culture that we, for the most part, do not know what this means. We
are influences by TV, which gives a distorted view of life....by
materialism which says, "just get more"... even by our peers who
influence us more than we care to acknowledge. WE can let these
cultural icons and the pictures they produce in our minds, control
us, which is certainly far from freedom. OR, through the Word, which
is "quick and powerful and sharper than a two-edged sword" (Hebrews
4:12) we can become salt and light, not living by examples of
darkness, but free indeed to live as Christ's Ambassadors. Not
"conformed to this world, but transformed by the renewing of your
mind." (Romans 12:2) AND THAT'S FREEDOM!

THE LORD BLESS YOU....
May you carry the glow of His presence with you. May He meet every need in
your life. May He provide you richly with the abundance of His blessings.
May the Holy Spirit be your
Helper who comes alongside of you and ministers to you the things that are of
God, for those things do not ever pass away.
May you walk in glorious
victory and may there not be those days when you say, "It's dark today."
But, may there always be the Light of Christ shining in you and through you.
AMEN.
Gladys Johnson
was Kristin's maternal Grandmother. She was called to the ministry
when she was 14 in 1933 and remained in ministry her whole
life. She was a Bible teacher, a singer, and a traveling evangelist.
She worked with World Vision and Youth for Christ and had a column for many
years in Four Square Magazine called "Letters From Gladys."
She
also pastored a Four Square Church in Arcadia, California with her
husband Lloyd for over 40 years. The Lord Himself tells us to
listen to our elders and gain strength and knowledge from them.
We figured we shouldn't just keep her to ourselves and wanted to
share her with all of you! May the Lord bless you and keep
you. May His face shine upon you and give you peace.)
Gladys went
on to her reward on December 21, 2009. We miss her greatly, but still
benefit from her life of service to our Lord Jesus and the wisdom she gained
in her 90 years of life and 70 years of marriage.

1. Why should I say I can't when the Bible says
I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. Phil 4:13
2. Why should I lack when I know that God shall
supply all my needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Phil
4:19
3. Why should I fear when the Bible says God has
not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. 2
Tim. 1:7
4. Why should I lack faith to fulfill my calling
knowing that God has allotted to me a measure of faith. Romans 12:3
5. Why should I be weak when the Bible says that
the Lord is the strength of my life and that I will display strength and
take action because I know God. Psalm 27:1, Daniel 11:32 |
